Common Area Protection We don't just walk in with dirty boots. We install heavy-duty protective padding inside your elevators and around common door frames to prevent any scratches or damage.
Strict Working Hours & Lunch Breaks We respect your tenants' sleep schedules. Noisy operations like heavy drilling or demolition are strictly limited to 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Our crew takes a mandatory lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, and we resume noisy work only between 1:00 PM - 4:30 PM.
Immaculate Clean-Up (Mopping, Not Just Sweeping) We use plastic zip-wall dust barriers and HEPA-filtered vacuums inside the unit. But more importantly, before our crews clock out at 4:30 PM, they don't just sweep the common corridors—they meticulously mop them so no dust is left behind for your tenants.
Parking Discipline Our workers will never steal a parking spot from your existing tenants. We strictly coordinate with building management to use only designated contractor parking areas.
