At Western Renovations, we believe the spaces where children grow, play, and dream should be filled with inspiration.

To bring more joy to families in London, Ontario and the surrounding community, we’re proud to introduce a special monthly gift: a professional paint transformation for the space where your child spends their most
creative and meaningful moments.


Whether it’s a bedroom, study nook, or imaginative play area, our team uses Zero or Low VOC paints to create a vibrant, beautiful, and healthy environment where your little ones can truly thrive.

Each month, we select one standout family to experience the Western Renovations Professional Touch.
Our goal is to transform their child’s favorite space into a sanctuary of color, creativity, and motivation—an inspiring place that sparks imagination from the moment they wake up.

Nominate Your Little Dreamers' Space

Choose the space in your home where your child/children spend their time and could use a fresh look. Share your family's story with us and upload 2 clear photos of the current space through our online application form.

Step 2
Heartfelt Review & Selection

Our team reviews every submission monthly, focusing on the story’s emotional impact and the room’s potential for a visual transformation. We look for projects where our work can bring the most joy to a family’s daily life.

Step 3
Good News & Planning

Once a family is selected, we will reach out to the parent or guardian directly to share the exciting news!
We will then schedule a brief visit to meet the family, choose the "Dream Palette" colors together, and set a timeline for the transformation.

Step 4
Professional Transformation

We handle the hard work from here. Using only Zero or Low VOC materials and professional techniques, Western Renovations takes care of the transformation. You can simply relax while we create a beautiful, healthy space for your family.

FAQ

  • This is a monthly initiative. We select one (1) family from London and the surrounding area every month to receive a professional paint transformation.

  • No. This is a discretionary gift based on the nomination story and the room’s potential for a visual transformation.

  • Yes, it is completely free. All professional labor and premium materials are provided at no cost by Western Renovations.

  • Western Renovations provides all premium supplies. We use only Zero or Low VOC paints to ensure the healthiest indoor air quality for your family.

  • The program primarily covers the professional painting of the interior wall surfaces of your child’s/children's space. However, we are committed to a true transformation. If our professional team determines that painting the ceiling, trim, or baseboards is necessary to achieve a flawless look, these services may be included at our discretion to ensure the highest quality result.

  • We aim to complete the painting in one (1) business day, though it may take up to three (3) days depending on the project's scope. We will confirm the exact timeline during our planning visit.

  • For safety and total comfort, the space must remain unoccupied for 24 hours after the painting is finished. After this 1-day period, it is ready for use!

  • We only ask that you move furniture to the center of the room and take down any wall decorations or pictures. The rest is on us!
