1. Step 1

   Free on-site assessment

   We measure the space, look at the structure and listen to what you want. Your written quote follows within 48 hours of your call.

2. Step 2

   Written quote, risks priced

   Where a cost can only be known once a wall is open, we name it and price it up front.

3. Step 3

   Work while you live there

   We work around you, your family, your tenants and your neighbours, with protective padding, dust-conscious cleaning and working hours set around your day where the job allows.

4. Step 4

   Final walkthrough and handover

   We walk the finished space with you, write down anything you are not happy with, put it right, and hand the space over cleaned.

Your project is built by our own crew, with trusted trades we have worked with before when the schedule needs them. Plumbing and electrical work is done by qualified tradespeople, with the permits and inspections Ontario requires.

  We run the process from the permit application to the final municipal inspection, and tell you where it stands at each step.

• Dust control on request

  A barrier wall, a sealed door and air filtration are available on request for jobs that need them. Ask us for the details when we visit.

• Financing

  Financing through Financeit, on approved credit. The terms are confirmed in writing before any work starts. Financing is available to homeowners and individual owners of rental properties.
